feat: 添加 Profile/Messages API 及 SSE 推送集成
- Profile API: GET/PUT /profile + PUT /profile/password
- Messages API: 模型/迁移(005)/服务/路由 + 任务操作自动创建消息
- SSE 推送集成: tasks.py 中 6 个操作触发 SSE 通知
- Alembic 迁移: 004 audit_logs + 005 messages
- env.py 导入所有模型确保迁移正确

refactor: 清理无用模块、修复前后端对齐、添加注册页面
- 删除后端 risk_exceptions 模块（API/Model/Schema/迁移/测试）
- 删除后端 metrics 模块（API/测试）
- 删除后端 ManualTask 模型和相关 Schema
- 修复搜索接口响应缺少 total 字段的问题
- 统一 Platform 枚举（前端去掉后端不支持的 weibo/wechat）
- 新增前端注册页面 /register，登录页添加注册链接

主要更新：
- 更新代理商端文档，明确项目由品牌方分配流程
- 新增Brief配置详情页(已配置)设计稿
- 完善工作台紧急待办中品牌新任务功能
- 整理Pencil设计文件中代理商端页面顺序
- 新增后端FastAPI框架及核心API
- 新增前端Next.js页面和组件库
- 添加.gitignore排除构建和缓存文件
