8baead87ea feat(go): Add /go skill - the ultimate execution button 
- Supports both 0->1 (new project) and 1->100 (iteration) scenarios
- Aggressive mode: no interruptions, self-fix issues
- Smart task range detection (ITER markers, pending tasks)
- Auto git commit per module
- Updated README with new workflow overview
